In partnership with Surfrider Foundation and Aviator Nation, Anatomy invites you to 1 Hotel South Beach for this nature minded experience. Enjoy the inward awakening & connection with the natural environment that surrounds us with a 30 minute barefoot experience. We will also have a 1 hour beach activity that incorporates an invigorating water workout on paddle boards and a beach side yoga flow.
