New World of the Arts rounds off the month under the baton of Maestro Alfred Gershfeld, the Chamber Orchestra will perform Bach’s well known Brandenburg Concerto No. 3, Mozart’s riveting Symphony No. 24, and Stravinsky’s beautiful Chamber Orchestra Suites No. 1 & No. 2. The evening program culminates with Soirees Musicales Suite for Rossini, a rarely performed work by Britten. Free and open to the public.
