This symposium is designed to provide information to help break through the stigma so people can increase their mental health. The symposium – “Connecting Beyond the Stigma” – will cover a variety of topics, including increasing awareness of the mental health stigma, understanding cultural barriers and developing empathy and advocacy skills.
