Join South Florida fitness trainer, Annie Cooper from @tuneintofitness, at the Brickell Bolay for a 30-minute bootcamp style full-body workout using your bodyweight and resistance bands followed by a 30-minute yoga flow class for all levels hosted by Sarita Shimizu from Miami’s Vinyasa Flow with Ahana Yoga.
