Learn to play the guitar at a special five-week summer intensive at South Miami-Dade Cultural Arts Center led by Guitars Over Guns. The community organization is directed by Dr. Chad Bernstein. Students will show off what they have learned at a special performance on the final day of the program. Instruction will be given by some of South Florida’s best professional musicians and special guest artists. All registrants must commit to attending all classes. A limited number of scholarships are available. Instruments are provided. Runs through August 12. Cost: $75 per student for five-week session.
