The 2019 Illuminations Gala will provide guests with an exciting evening honoring the people whose support helps further Chapman Partnership’s mission every day. Organized by Gala Chairs Heide and Jose Dans, the Illuminations Gala celebrates the legacy of empathy, humanity, and achievements demonstrated by its inspiring founder Alvah H. Chapman, Jr. and the organization. This year, Laurie Jennings will serve as the mistress of ceremonies, while Sherill Hudson will receive the Alvah H. Chapman, Jr. Humanitarian Award.

Since 1995, Chapman Partnership has had more than 110,000 admissions including 24,000 children in Miami-Dade County and a 64% success rate of moving homeless men, women and families to self-sufficiency. Chapman Partnership operates two Homeless Assistance Centers with 800 beds located in Miami and Homestead.
