Enjoy Halloween on Lincoln Road, one of the country’s largest, most spooktacular parties, welcoming over 50,000 participants yearly. From 5 p.m. to 7 p.m., kids are invited to come dressed as their favorite characters to trick-or-treat and dig into the candy stations placed along the road.
