The Junior Carnival is inclusive of persons from all walks of life. The carnival features vibrant music, culture, colors, and food of the Caribbean. Attendees will grow to understand the true meaning of Carnival, and its importance for Caribbean Culture. Cost: $10, children under ten, free.
