New World School of the Arts, recognized as South Florida’s leading arts conservatory, is set to host its most celebrated event of the year: Rising Stars! This year’s showcase is poised to be a highlight of the season, featuring esteemed alumni from across the nation in a celebration marking the school’s 40th anniversary. The vibrant, Broadway-style showcase will not only highlight distinguished alumni but also present an impressive array of current student talents in dance, music, theatre, and visual arts. A notable segment of the evening will honor leaders from NWSA’s partner institutions—Miami-Dade County Public Schools, Miami Dade College, and the University of Florida—acknowledging their contributions to the school’s legacy. Prior to the Rising Stars performance, the Rising Stars VIP reception will greet friends, supporters, community members, and public officials with exquisite hors d’oeuvres and beverages, setting the stage for an unforgettable evening of artistic expression.
