Calling all conscious families! A full day dedicated to the little ones with kid-friendly mindfulness programming. All of our kids will enjoy a safe fun interactive day learning how to connect with different aspects of their being. We incorporate mindfulness through yoga, meditation, games, dance, craft activities, martial arts and music.
