Join the Perez Art Museum Miami for a special screening of the breakthrough film Basquiat (1996) directed by Julian Schnabel, in honor of PAMM’s new exhibition “Basquiat: The Unknown Notebooks.” The film is based on the true story of the iconic graffiti artist turned painter, Jean-Michel Basquiat, and his rise to fame after being discovered by Andy Warhol, played by David Bowie.
