Families Party With A Purpose at Arsht Center’s Imagination Ball

The Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts of Miami-Dade County, with title sponsors David and Leila Centner and the Centner Academy, presented the third Arsht Families’ IMAGINATION BALL. The Ball was also supported by Nicklaus Children’s Hospital. Hosted on the Lynn Wolfson Stage of the Ziff Ballet Opera House, the sold-out benefit event featured an electrifying afternoon of immersive activities, a variety of kid-approved dining served in fun food truck-style stations, and a high-energy light and dance show by “America’s Got Talent” finalist iLuminate.

Chaired by philanthropists Jennifer Montoya, Katharine Rubino and Annie Zeder, the IMAGINATION BALL was a party with a purpose! More than 450 guests, including many of South Florida’s philanthropic families, attended the event to support the Arsht Center’s numerous education initiatives which serve more than 55,000 Miami-Dade children per year through the power of the performing arts. From nationally-recognized programs such as AileyCamp Miami to the Center’s newest STEAM endeavor Kitty Hawk, arts education at the Arsht Center is dynamic, diverse and making a difference in the lives of children all across Miami.

The IMAGINATION BALL host committee included: Ali Bibeau, Renee Betancourt, Raquel Catalano, Lia Porcella Costa, Kashleigh Johnson, Lizzie Schaul, Silvina Lim, Isabella Marquez, Zeinab Ramos, Heather Stenstrom, Suzanna Valdez Wolfe and Rebecca Whited. Arsht Families is a committee of volunteer parents dedicated to supporting arts education events for all children in Miami-Dade County.
