Frost Museum Of Science Names New Vp
Stephanie A. Mayer has been named Senior Vice President of Development for the Patricia & Phillip Frost Museum of Science. In this position, Stephanie will lead advancement efforts, with an emphasis on supporting the new museum, set to open in downtown Miami’s Museum Park in summer 2016. A creative and results-driven non-profit executive with more than 15 years of leadership experience in education, health care and the arts, Mayer has a track record of providing strategic direction and operational management of development initiatives. Most recently, she served as chief development officer for the University of Southern California Glorya Kaufman School of Dance and was a key member of the leadership team supporting a six-year, $6 billion campaign for the university – the largest in higher education history. Mayer is a Miami resident, holds a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the University of Illinois at Urbana-Champaign, where she attended on a full merit scholarship.
