Voices For Children’s Annual Gala attracts approximately 500 of South Florida’s most influential and affluent residents. It also serves as a platform to recognize the extraordinary contribution of individuals and organizations working for the benefit of our children in need. This spring-time event carries a different theme 
every year, delighting and surprising its guests with every new edition.
In 2008, the HSBC “Be A Voice, Take The Lead” Gala, on February 23, will be hosted once again at Mandarin Oriental, Miami. An enchanting evening, Voices For Children’s 2008 Gala will transport its guests to a world of exquisite dining; fabulous entertainment, featuring the Italian singing sensation Patrizio Buanne; and dancing.

About Voices For Children Foundation
Voices For Children Foundation raises funds to support Miami-Dade’s Guardian Ad Litem Program in their efforts to recruit, train, and support Guardians Ad Litem, court-appointed adults who serve as advocates for the best interests of abused, abandoned, and neglected children involved in dependency court proceedings. Additionally, Voices For Children provides direct financial assistance and other resources to meet these children’s medical, educational, and social needs.
The organization holds various community happenings throughout the year to raise much needed funds to benefit Miami-Dade’s abused, abandoned, and neglected children. These include three signature events: the Halloween Luncheon, which recognizes those individuals and corporations who have made a significant contribution in the area of child abuse and neglect; “A Festival Of Voices,” which is composed of various performances featuring guest artists and the free and family-oriented “A Children’s Celebration;” and our “Be A Voice Gala,” Voices For Children’s largest and most elegant fundraiser.
