Ingrid Hoffmann Dinner

Sean Brasel, chef/co-owner of Lincoln Road hot spot Meat Market, joined forces recently with food and lifestyle expert, and best-selling author of SIMPLY DELICIOSO: A Collection of Everyday Recipes with a Latin Twist, Ingrid Hoffmann, for a special evening of food, fun and philanthropy. Main plates featured wood grilled Florida mahi-mahi with guava barbecue glaze and mango veggie salsa, Kobe skirt steak with pineapple aioli, chimmichurri and tomato sauces, spicy broccoli, Peruvian potatoes a la huancaina and for dessert, housemade churros. A portion of the special dinner’s proceeds benefited Amigos for Kids, a not-for-profit organization that responds to the needs of South Florida’s abused, abandoned, neglected and less-fortunate children.
