Ion East Edgewater Launch Party
Sakor Development, Encore Housing Opportunity Fund and Cervera Real Estate, in partnership with the National YoungArts Foundation, hosted the launch of ION East Edgewater, a new luxury condo set to rise in Miami’s fast-growing East Edgewater neighborhood. At the event, which took place at the YoungArts organization’s national headquarters in Miami, guests were treated to the sounds of 2 DJ’s 1 Violin (Mona Music Group) while they enjoyed cocktails and hors d’oeuvres. A raffle was also held for a National YoungArts Foundation Founding Membership. Notable attendees included veteran developers Barbara Salk and Stephen Kornfeld of Sakor Development; Nitin Motwani of Encore; Alicia Cervera Lamadrid of Cervera Real Estate; Greg Bates of Hirsch Bedner; and Amy Rosenberg of the National YoungArts Foundation.
