“it’s Groovy” Raises Nearly $20,000
More than 175 groovy people experienced the Art and Culture Center of Hollywood’s Third Annual Hot Hollywood Glam “It’s Groovy” fund-raiser held at the Center. Guests munched on scrumptious food and sipped cool libations while enjoying three contemporary art exhibitions; a groovin’ ‘60s dance floor complete with go-go dancers; a live body painting performance by Georgette Pressler; and one-of-a-kind silent and Chinese auction items. The Center also recognized members/donors/art collectors Neil and Sigrid Gold as the Center’s 2010 Groovy Couple. Nearly $20,000 was raised from this event. Event Chair was Gerard Nadeau.
