Johnson & Wales Welcomes Timon Balloo

Johnson & Wales North Miami Campus was proud to host the JWU alumnus, Timon Balloo at their Distinguished Visiting Chef dinner. Timon Balloo, executive chef of Sugarcane, presented a delicious array of food that not only delighted guests, but showcased his skills as a chef and a culinary graduate from Johnson & Wales University. The event, which gives culinary students the opportunity to work with a distinguished chef, also raises money for a scholarship for a student at the university.
