Miami City Ballet’s “Be Jeweled” After Party
Miami City Ballet kicked off its 2017-18 Season at the Adrienne Arsht Center with a brilliant performance of George Balanchine’s Jewels and a spectacular post-performance reception for donors and VIP guests at BRAVA by Brad Kilgore. Two hundred guests, including MCB Board Members, philanthropists, supporters and MCB dancers attended the members-only Artist’s Circle event. MCB Interim Executive Director Michael Tiknis and Board Chair Kristi Jernigan addressed the attendees, updating guests on upcoming events and thanking donors for their support of Miami City Ballet. Artistic Director Lourdes Lopez announced the promotion of Soloist Jovani Furlan to Principal. Guests mingled and relived the wonderful performance while enjoying wine provided by Chateau Gaby.
