During the month of May, Yin Yang You! A Pop-up Art Exhibition opened at Museo Vault at Miami Arts District in Wynwood. The exhibition explored the relationship of complementary opposites in nature based off the ancient Yin/Yang symbol representing opposing, but not in opposition of each other, forces that create balance in the constant flow of the universe. Artists created dialogue on the concept with explorations of east/west, masculine/feminine, light/dark, high/low, mind/body, etc. in a contemporary fine art context in which the audience was the essential part.
