Mdc Miami Culinary Institute Students Shine!
Students from the Miami Culinary Institute (MCI) at Miami Dade College (MDC) once again showed off their skills and professionalism at this year’s Coconut Grove Arts Festival. During the 3-day festival MCI students assisted with cooking demonstrations in the Culinary Pavilion, alongside some of South Florida’s best chefs.
