Catch a wave with MOCA Bash: Surf’s Up. Evoking the exuberance and free spirit of the surfing culture, this season’s annual dance cocktail party promises entertainment, beach-themed décor and hors d’oeuvres that spotlight the delicious food choices available locally in South Florida. Celebrating the awesome beauty of the coastline and spontaneity of board riders everywhere, MOCA Bash: Surf’s Up UP will leave partygoers stoked. Over 800 are expected to attend MOCA’s annual February fundraiser. Proceeds raise funds for the museum’s permanent collection and education programs. The event is chaired by Barbara Herzberg, Alan & Diane Lieberman, Janice Lipton and Ray Ellen Yarkin. Tickets are $175 ($150 if purchased before February 1) with packets of ten available for $1,250.
