Set in the midst of Doral’s thriving commercial corridor, the InterContinental Doral’s Blue Matisse Restaurant and NAU Lounge is a lunchtime haven for business people and locals alike.

The On-the-Fly Executive Lunch offers a variety of creative Latin-fusion dishes with carefully crafted small plate delicacies temptingly displayed on the Chef’s table. These complement enticing specials that change daily and are prepared and served at live action stations.

Executive Chef Eric Do credits his multi-cultural staff for the inspiration to offer favorite dishes from their native countries – places like include Dominican Republic, Puerto Rico, Colombia, Nicaragua, Honduras, El Salvador and Peru, coupled with Chef Do’s own Asian/Korean/West Coast flair. The plate shown is a sampling from one day’s selections. Themed California/Korean, items shown are Pineapple Shrimp Fried Rice and Asian Chicken Wings with Green Chili Sauce and Pickled Radish.

The specials change daily, as do the countries they represent. So in a week’s worth of lunches, you’ll taste foods from five different countries. And each month the countries change!

On-the-Fly Executive Lunches allow the flexibility to be in and out quickly for people on the go or to linger over lunch with co-workers or business associates. Lunch costs $19 and includes stations with daily specials, the Chef’s Table’s daily selections of hand carved meats, salads, cold appetizers, ceviches, tapas, and desserts, and hot and cold beverages. Served Monday through Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. Parking is convenient and complimentary.
