Prsa Awards Luncheon
The Public Relations Society of America (PRSA) Miami Chapter honored longtime healthcare and public-relations professional Karen Buchsbaum, APR, Fellow PRSA(pictured) with the 2009 Bill Adams PRSA Lifetime Achievement Award and David Lawrence Jr., University of Florida’s President of the Early Childhood Initiative Foundation and University Scholar for Early Childhood Development, with the Royal Palm Award for making significant contributions to Miami-Dade County. These awards are presented annually to individuals who exemplify exceptional leadership and contributions to the public relations profession, the community, and education.
