The sold-out event benefitting the Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program raised an impressive $360,000 to support at-risk high school girls across south Florida.
The Women of Tomorrow Mentor & Scholarship Program (WOT) celebrated its 9th Annual Rosé Day at Soho Beach House, raising an impressive $360,000 to support at-risk high school girls across south Florida. The sold-out event was chaired by Program Founder and President Jennifer Valoppi, Philanthropy Chair Marisa Toccin Lucas, co-chairs Suzy Buckley Woodward, Carol Iacovelli, Dr. Krista Rosenberg and Daniela Swaebe.
The event gathered 150 of South Florida’s top philanthropists and community leaders at Cecconi’s Miami Beach, all dressed in rosé-inspired attire. Guests enjoyed a cocktail hour sponsored by Château d’Esclans and Whispering Angel, followed by an elegant lunch, a rose garden of prizes, a raffle, silent auction, and live auction featuring jewelry by Jeffrey Rackover and an exclusive dinner party hosted by Marisa Toccin Lucas, Carol Iacovelli, and Maria Beguiristain.
Other donors included Philanthropy Sponsor Eilah Campbell-Beavers, Drawing Room Sponsor Scarlett Gasque, Fashion Sponsor Balmain, and Beauty and Wellness Sponsor Exoceuticals.
Patrons heard from Vanessa Loaiza, a Machine Learning Engineer at Apple, and a Women of Tomorrow alumnae, who spoke about WOT’s powerful impact on her life.
In a special moment, Jennifer Valoppi, WOT founder and President was honored with the Maria Browne Pink Rose Award for her tireless dedication to empower young women.
