Center Cut Filet with Seared Sea Scallops or Jumbo Lump Crab Cake, and a 14 oz. Kansas City Strip, all served with seasonal sides. From the Seas, a selection of East and West Coast Oysters, mignonette, Maine lobster and Grilled Corvina with heirloom tomato chutney; and From the Land, Braised Beef Short Ribs with potato puree, and aged Prosciutto di Parma. Plus there will be stations for buttermilk pancakes, assorted sweets and pastries, and seasonal fruit. Cost is $60 per person ($25 for children ages 5-12).
