SocialMiami is Stylish, Reflective of the City’s Social Scene

By SocialMiami Staff Writers

SocialMiami this week unveils its brand-new website, a clean and modern look containing the classic content readers have been enjoying for nearly 20 years. Now, however, the philanthropists, artists and executives featured on its pages are framed by the elegance and style reflective of the city’s social scene.

It’s even easier to list your event on the widely read calendar. You can find the PROMOTE EVENTS link at the bottom of the homepage, or by going to the COMMUNITY CALENDAR, as you’ll see a square link right beside the listings. You can now search events by date or category, because perhaps you’re looking for family activities, art classes or theatrical performances. Don’t know what you’re in the mood to do? Pull up everything and pick from countless events around the tri-county area.

We support our member organizations, and the link to their pages is on top of the menu bar. Look through and find upcoming events and photographs from past parties, galas and fundraisers. Pick your passion because these philanthropic organizations are searchable by category.

Our features contributed by our editorial team – including Manny Hernandez, Claudia Potamkin, Cristina Mas, Chris Weinberg and our editor, Brett Graff — will debut not only in our newsletter but at the top of the homepage. When new content appears the features simply live neatly in their categories, and under the FEATURES menu.

And our beautiful Social Eyes series extra easy to browse; simply click FEATURES and then PHOTOS. There, you can revisit the occasions you attended and still be a part of those you may have skipped. You’ll also find the SocialManny column and countless clickable galleries.
Is the site perfect? It’s certainly the goal. But if you find a flaw, SocialMiami wants to know. Send feedback — remember, compliments are also welcome — to our editor brett@socialmiami.com or our founder, melanie@socialmiami.com. See you in the 2019-20 social season!
