South Florida’s “Miracle Makers”
The Women’s Committee of Big Brothers Big Sisters of Greater Miami hosted its 11th Annual Miracle Maker’s Luncheon and Fashion Show at the Ritz Carlton, South Beach. Co-chaired by Norma Jean Abraham and Irene Korge, the sold out event honored this year’s Miracle Makers who were recognized for their outstanding community service and philanthropy: Cathy Blank, Lauren Book, Lourdes Castillo de la Peña, Sonia Gibson, Louise Harms, Lauren Harrison Genovese, Nina Hart, Ingrid Hoffman, Filemon Lopez, Emily Marquez-Dulin, Richard Milstein, Joe Pena, Stephanie Sayfie, Ana Veiga Milton. CBS 4’s Shannon Hori served as emcee as guests enjoyed a collection of Spring fashions presented by Neiman Marcus and met Victoria Villalba and her little sister Sari who moved the crowd to tears with the story of their Big Brothers Big Sisters match
