Tonight: Anastasia Opens at the Arsht Center

“As Anastasia piles discovery upon discovery,” says Time Out New York’s Adam Feldman, “the happiest surprise is how consistently good the musical turns out to be.” Now, the Tony Award-winning creators of Ragtime bring this musical to the Adrienne Arsht Center for Performing Arts and it opens tonight. From the twilight of the Russian Empire to the euphoria of Paris in the 1920s, a brave young woman sets out to discover the mystery of her past, according to the Arsht Center.

For a pre-show dinner, dine at BRAVA! The restaurant is located on the second floor of the Arsht Center’s Ziff Ballet Opera House. Helmed by the team at Constellation Culinary Group, the French-inspired menu includes specialties such as Poulet Rouge with rosemary, preserved lemon, asparagus and popcorn hollandaise and Three-Day Beef Rib with maitake mushroom, toasted shallot dashi, smoked horseradish, and young cabbage.
