The signature Women’s Event of the Greater Miami Jewish Federation was back in person with close to 600 women in attendance to celebrate and support Federation’s Mission. Held at the Emanuel Luxury Venue on Miami Beach, women from across Miami’s Jewish community gathered to be inspired, feel empowered and enjoy friendship.

Guests enjoyed featured speaker actor, producer, activist and Israel’s first-ever Special Envoy for Combating Antisemitism and Delegitimization of Israel Noa Tishby, who was interviewed by Women’s Philanthropy President Tammy Woldenberg. The candid conversation covered a range of topics including Noa’s outspoken advocacy work on behalf of Israel, visits to college campuses, her recent book Israel: A Simple Guide to the Most Misunderstood Country on Earth, which each guest received, and her acting and producing experience.

Women’s Philanthropy Campaign Chair Elise Udelson shared photos and stories from her travels to Poland, where she witnessed firsthand Federation’s lifesaving work on the ground, helping to support thousands of people escape the war in Ukraine and find safety in neighboring countries. She also focused on BeWell Miami, a mental health initiative, the impact on inflation on already vulnerable individuals and the rise in antisemitism.
