Tova Leidesdorf, international philanthropist and civic leader, addressed top supporters of the American Committee for the Weizmann Institute of Science (ACWIS) at the organization’s recent Global Gathering. The attendees, who came from as far away as Israel, Mexico and France to participate in the three-day conference, were treated to Mrs. Leidesdorf’s lively and insightful remarks about science and peace at a private dinner at the U.S. State Department, which Mrs. Leidesdorf helped organize.
