Hundreds of friends will say Good-Bye to Sister Suzanne Cooke, headmistress of Carrollton School of the Sacred Heart, on May 2 at the Intercontinental Miami. No – she is not retiring; she is going on to an important job in Washington D.C for the Sacred Heart Schools in the United States and Canada. Through the 17 years Sister Cooke was at Carrollton, she has touched the hearts and influenced thousands of women who attended the school. Co-chairwomen for the GoodBye Party are Bunny Bastian and Frances Sevilla-Sacasa. A fabulous party to kick-off to the May 2 event was held at the beautiful home of Bunny Bastian in Coral Gables. The more than 200 guests enjoyed great food, entertainment and a chance to mingle with their friends.
