SocialSnapshot: Carolina Menendez
The banker and Big Brothers Big Sisters board member speaks to us in her own words.
Carolina Menendez, a senior vice president and Private Banking Manager at First Horizon Bank with over 20 years of banking experience, is an active board member with Big Brothers Big Sisters. She’s passionate about helping children in the community where she was born and raised and has been involved since 2020, holding many roles including co-chairing the First Annual Girls Night Out event in 2023. She enjoys the hands-on experiences afforded by this organization and the opportunity to get to know the “littles,” “bigs,” dedicated BBBS staff, and families of all involved in the mentorship of our youth.
She also recently joined the board of the Nu-Deco Ensemble, Miami’s own 21st century, genre-bending chamber orchestra. She’s excited to have musicians and creatives of this caliber in Miami and is passionate about sharing their talents with the community.
Menendez married her college sweetheart and lives in South Miami with their two teenage sons.
