King Pins Challenge With Tim Hardaway

Over 70 elected officials, civic and business leaders battled for The King Pins Challenge trophy in support of the South Miami Drug-Free Coalition, a project of Informed Families/The Florida Family Partnership. For three hours, on all thirteen Splitsville Luxury Lanes, over seventy bowlers of varying skill levels raised funds for the coalition’s work in South Miami. An estimated $22,000 was raised this year. Co-chairs for the event were State Representative and Former Mayor Julio Robaina, Former Mayor Mary Scott Russell, President of Chamber South, and Former Mayor Horace Feliu. Joining them on the lanes were former Mayor Dr. Anna Price and newly elected Mayor Philip Stoddard. Renowned Miami Heat guard (1996-2001) Tim Hardaway served as Guest MC and Celebrity Bowler for the event.
