Arriving from Switzerland over twenty-five years ago, Angela Patt began her career as a tour director for European tourists. Since a young age, Angela has been attracted to real estate and her interest grew even more as her clients began to inquire about properties in Florida. “It was during that period when I realized it was the perfect time to specialize in the International Real Estate market,” says Patt.
Patt started her real estate career in 1992 with Cervera where she sold the Brickell Key Two development project. Due to the heavy Latin-American influence in the Miami market, Angela quickly learned Spanish and sold to considerable number of South Americas. Since then, she has sold close to $200 million dollars in real estate in addition to working on The Ocean Club development for nearly ten years.
Currently, Angela specializes in Key Biscayne’s exclusive residential market. Her large social influence on the Key and years of experience have consistently placed her as Quarterly Top Producer for the firm. Most of her client base is international; she is fluent in five languages: English, German, Spanish, French and Italian. Patt resides on Key Biscayne with her husband and two children.
Beatriz Carmona joined Cervera Real Estate in 2003 where she specializes in residential sales and leasing. Carmona joined the company due to the firm’s market control in the Brickell, Downtown and Key Biscayne areas. For Beatriz, it is important for her to work with a company trustworthy and well known. “I love the fact that I am contributing to helping my clients’ needs such as buying and selling their home,” says Carmona.
Since joining the company, Carmona has sold over $80 million dollars in real estate. Carmona prides herself on her extensive database and her customer-service skills that she first acquired by working in the Netherlands for ANWB, one of the world’s biggest tourism companies. Beatriz has been awarded the Quarterly Top Producer Award on many occasions with her most notable sale at the Jade for $2.5 million dollars.
Beatriz properties located in Brickell, Downtown Miami, Key Biscayne, Coral Gables, and Coconut Grove with price ranges of $500,000 and up. Carmona majored Industrial Psychology in her native Colombia. She is fluent in English, Dutch, French, and Spanish.
New to real estate, it didn’t take Cristina Gort long to become a successful agent. Within a few weeks of her first day, she closed a $2 million transaction, with several more on the way, earning a Top Producer Award for the first quarter of 2012. Cristina loves the fact that she can set her own work schedule and build her business in her own way. Gort specializes in high-end, luxury homes in South Florida and works with celebrity clients such as Cythia Rodriguez, former wife to NY Yankee baseball star, Alex Rodriguez.
Cristina earned her B.A. in Psychology from Florida International University and works closely with the St. Jude and Susan G. Komen charities. Gort is fluent in English, Spanish and Italian. Cristina resides in Miami with her husband and seven year-old twins.
Luis Gall joined Cervera Real Estate in 2009 where he specializes in the Key Biscayne residential market. A resident of the Key for the past twenty-five years, Gall has a deep understanding of the Island’s exclusive lifestyle.
Prior to his real estate career, Luis worked in project management throughout the world. Gall earned his B.S. in Engineering from Louisiana State University. He is fluent in English, Spanish and conversational Italian. Originally from Cuba, Luis resides with his wife in Key Biscayne and has two daughters who both live in Miami.
Born and raised in Caracas, Venezuela, Blanquita Rivero has been excited about the Miami real estate market since her first visit many years ago. In 2003 she made the move to Miami, and shortly thereafter obtained her Florida Real Estate License. Not long after, she was consistently awarded as a Quarterly Top Producer.

In addition to earning her Florida Real Estate Broker’s License in 2010, Blanquita has earned numerous designations. Rivero is most proud of her recent GRI (Graduate REALTOR® Institute) that allows her to stand out to prospective homebuyers and sellers. GRI designees possess an in-depth knowledge on technical subjects as well as the fundamentals of real estate. Rivero’s mission statement is to provide customers with the best possible service aimed to fulfill any expectations regarding their real estate needs. For the past eleven years, Susan Trevisa has been successfully selling Miami. Close to nine years ago, she joined Cervera and began working on the ICON Brickell sales team. Susan chose a career in real estate because she has always had a passion for beautiful properties and she loves building relationships.
“Real estate was an obvious career and I could not imagine a different field,” says Trevisa.
Currently, Susan specializes in in the luxury condominium market in Downtown Miami, Brickell, and Key Biscayne, where most of her business is referred. In 2010, Susan won the ICON Top Producer award surpassing 12 other agents in sales. Since then, Susan has worked on the Marquis Residences Sales Team where she closed an $8.8 million dollar sale – her largest transaction to date. As a member of the Marquis team, Trevisa has had the opportunity to meet and sell to a large number of celebrities and athletes.
Born in New Jersey, Susan earned her B.S. in Marketing. She has lived throughout the world, including: New York, Europe and Capetown, South Africa before moving to Miami in 2001. Trevisa is involved in the Donation of Children’s Communities Around the World. Susan is a devoted mother to her seven year-old son, Matteo and is fluent in both English and French.
Born in Venezuela, Magda Rodriguez specializes in Key Biscayne’s residential luxury market. She joined Cervera this past year, teaming up with real estate veteran Blanquita Rivero. Rodriguez has extensive experience in real estate investment and property management both in Venezuela and the United States. Her expertise in the art community has enabled her to provide unique skills that she applies to the marketing of properties for sale, adding value through artwork.
Prior to focusing on real estate, Rodriguez accumulated more than thirty years of corporate, entrepreneurial and investment experience. In her native country, Rodriguez created and maintained retail businesses specializing in imported products.
Rodriguez volunteers for the Miami Symphony Orchestra and the Ambassador Program for the Miami International Airport. She currently resides in Miami and is fluent in English and Spanish.
