An Extra Special Earth Experience At Fairchild Gar
Over 150 Miami-Dade County Public Schools students participated in a special celebration of Earth Day at Fairchild Tropical Botanic Garden! Attendees were from Rainbow Park Elementary, Dr. Robert Ingram Elementary and Nathan B Young Elementary. The excitement of the students was palpable as they got down to business happily planting seeds in their take-home containers, offering up their knowledge in a talk about plants and helping prepare a quick, yummy, healthy snack under the guidance of Chef Chris Bulgarin.
