Annual Celebration of Generosity
Baptist Health Foundation honored the treasured donors who achieved new levels of generosity.
Baptist Health Foundation hosted its Annual Celebration of Generosity November 21 at the Phillip and Patricia Frost Museum of Science. The program was held to honor the non-profit’s most treasured donors who achieved new levels of generosity over the past year. “Tonight is a night to celebrate and thank all of you for your philanthropic spirit, and to honor and recognize those of you who have become members of our top giving levels,” said Alex Villoch, Baptist Health Foundation CEO. “We are humbled and grateful that a total of 509 families, organizations and businesses have invested in Baptist Health through these top levels of giving. Your extraordinary generosity represents more than $247 million dollars donated to Baptist Health since 1999.”
Baptist Health President and CEO Brian E. Keeley spoke to the organization’s reputation of being a world-class, destination healthcare system. “The organization becomes a destination healthcare organization when patients seek care outside of their local area based on the organization’s reputation for providing quality healthcare,” said Keeley. “Our four Centers of Excellence each qualify as both world-class and destination healthcare – Miami Cancer Institute, Miami Cardiac & Vascular Institute, Miami Orthopedics & Sports Medicine Institute and Miami Neuroscience Institute. We hope you won’t need these services, but if you do, you can rest assured that you have the very best.”
The evening was sponsored in part by Intercontinental Real Estate Corporation, Brandes Investment Partners and Vedanta Capital. For more information, call 786-467-5400 or visit BaptistHealth.net/Foundation.
