Brickell Gallery Night – October
October’s edition of Brickell Gallery Night, hosted by Stella Holmes and Spirit del Art Gallery in Mary Brickell Village, celebrated the unique, vibrant works of local artists, bringing the community together for a refreshing night of live music, good friends and art.
“The community’s interest in art has grown substantially, and I’ve noticed the new market of collectors that exists in the area,” said Roberto Preciado, owner of Spirit del Art and second-time host of Brickell Gallery Night, a community tradition that is held on the third Thursday of every month.
Brickell Gallery Night was founded by Ms. Holmes, arts patron and president of Overseas Partners Realty on Brickell, to provide a forum where people who live and work in Brickell can connect and forge a cultural identity. Each month, a portion of the proceeds from art sales go towards supporting the arts in Miami, with this month’s sales benefiting the Vizcaya Museum and Gardens.
