DUFFY’S FOUNDATION TEACH GIRL SCOUTS HOW TO COOK

In keeping with its mission to support organizations and individuals who positively impact their local communities, Duffy’s Foundation will host Girl Scout cooking classes. Four classes through the summer will be held at Duffy’s Sport Grill’s state-of-the-art Culinary Arts Studio. Led by Palm Beach resident, Duffy’s Foundation Chairwoman, and Girl Scouts of Southeast Florida Board Member Geri Emmett, Girl Scouts will learn valuable cooking and teamwork skills and how to create healthy meals. Duffy’s Corporate Executive Chefs Eric Parker and Dave Hill will assist the group. Each Girl Scout will earn an exclusive Duffy’s Cooking Patch, along with the Girl Scouts USA Simple Meals Badge, and each will take home their prepared meals, a custom Duffy’s apron, jar openers, measuring cups, recipe cards and the skills to recreate these meals for friends and family.
