This Easter, Fontainebleau Miami Beach is inviting everyone to “break bread” – or mini hot cross buns to be exact – with a haute brunch of charcuterie, champagne, desserts and even sushi. Held in its Fontainebleau Fleur de Lis ballroom, where Frank Sinatra and Elvis once entertained, the iconic resort’s signature Easter Brunch will feature food displays of epic and imaginative proportions.
Diners can carve into Beef Wellington drizzled in a Perigord Truffle sauce and crack Alaskan king crab before savoring an array of desserts, including Easter white chocolate mousse cakes, baked apple tarts and mini French pastries. A special kids menu of mini pizzas, roasted chicken and fresh vegetables will also be available.
Children can also tap their artistic and adventurous side, creating chocolate lollipops, decorating eggs and participating in the resort’s Easter egg hunt.

Solo also offers iconic cakes and pastries revived under the direction of award-winning pastry chefs. The pastries, which have been synonymous with Fontainebleau since its opening 1954, have attracted customers from across the country. Selections of pastries and chocolates are available daily for purchase or made to order for any Easter affair. The packaging – simply sophisticated but whimsical. Unlike its name, this Easter day these sweets of the Gods should not be enjoyed SOLO.
