Florida Association Of Museum’s Service Award
Art and Culture Center of Hollywood Executive Director Joy A. Satterlee, APR, has received Florida Association of Museum’s (FAM) Service Award for Outstanding Mid-Career Professional. Since becoming Executive Director of the Center in April 2005, the Center has increased its number of gallery exhibitions from an average of five shows per year to 16 gallery exhibitions in 2010-11, which includes the prestigious 23rd Annual South Florida Cultural Consortium Exhibition. FAM’s annual awards competition recognizes outstanding contributions by individuals to the museum profession in the State of Florida.
