Foodie Find: Worcestershire Braised Short Ribs at CVLTVRA
In the latest flavors to fuse, celebrity chief Sebastian La Rocca is combining Latin and Mediterranean and serving them up in dishes at his new restaurant CVLTVRA, located in in downtown Miami. Dining here is meze-style, meaning the table will share dishes such as grilled octopus with braised beans and roasted tomatoes, king crab leg with chilled lettuce soup, shallots and cucumber. There the La Rocca family favorite – this is his grandmother’s recipe – of Pork Milanesa with tomato, avocado and radishes. Still, don’t miss the Worcestershire Braised Short Ribs served with roasted ayote, shallots and pepitas.
