Habitat for Humanity of Greater Miami is an organization that transforms lives by providing low-income families with affordable homeownership opportunities. Just like the live auction that would have been hosted at this year’s Hard Hats & High Heels cocktail, all funds raised from this virtual event will go towards building a home for a single mother in the Habitat program later this year. Hard Hats & High Heels is the signature fundraising event for Habitat for Humanity’s Women Building Up Women initiative – a women’s philanthropy group comprised of female leaders throughout Miami, that raise funds for the construction of homes in Miami Dade County for low-income single mothers and their families. If you would like to get involved, or desire more information, please feel free to reach out to alex.trueba@miamihabitat.org.

Corporate sponsors of this year’s Hard Hats & High Heels include: Synovus, First Horizon, IBERIABANK, Knight Foundation, Towers Commercial Real Estate, Banyan Street Capital, Fairchild Partners, Florida Lemark Corporation, Miami DDA, Studio Mc+G Architecture, Ocean Bank, Target, TD Bank, Seaside Bank, Adonel Concrete, PayByPhone, Ussery Automotive Group and Manuel J. Escobio. Thank you to these generous sponsors for their support of the Women Building up Women program.

To date, Miami Habitat has built over 1,230 homes in Miami-Dade County and continues to put hard working families in homes of their own. We invite you to help their mission by supporting remarkable local single mothers working towards their dream of homeownership. You can help by bidding on auction items or making a donation.
