Lookingglass Alice Opens at Adrienne Arsht Center for the Performing Arts



Opening Night for LOOKINGGLASS ALICE at the Arsht Center was straight out of Wonderland as the Center’s marquee presentation for summer 2015 drew first-nighters of all ages.
You can experience this modern retelling of Alice in Wonderland with your favorite Wonderland characters defying gravity in this circus-infused marvel! Journey down the rabbit hole and immerse yourself in Alice’s magical world when the Ziff Ballet Opera House stage is transformed into an intimate 450-seat theater space. You will feel like you are in Wonderland with Alice – from every seat!

LOOKINGGLASS ALICE is a circus tribute to Lewis Caroll created by Lookingglass Theatre Company, a 2011 Regional Theater Tony Award-winning group of multi-disciplined ensemble of artists including founding member, movie and television star David Schwimmer.
LOOKINGGLASS ALICE plays through August 16 Wednesdays through Saturdays at 8 p.m., Sundays at 7 p.m., with additional matinees on Saturdays and Sundays at 2 p.m. Tickets start at $55 and can be purchased through the Adrienne Arsht Center Box Office by calling 305-949-6722 or online at www.arshtcenter.org.
