Moca Presents Rolando Pena
Art enthusiasts and guests of MOCA were on hand to greet Rolando Peña, introduced by Natasha Colebrook-Williams, MOCA’s Interim Director. The artist, who has been actively working since 1958, was also joined by curator Jorge Luis Gutierrez who shared his vision for “Black Gold”, the latest exhibition in MOCA’s storied succession of cutting-edge contemporary art presentations. In this exhibition, Peña explores oil as a substance that has marked the destiny of modern and contemporary life. Pictured: Peña (right) with MOCA’s guests.
