Join Miami’s young and not-so-young professionals at 1306 Miami and recognize these young influencers who are doing their part to make Miami a better place to live and work. TERRENCE BRUNN
A native of St. Thomas, USVI, Terrence Brunn is an arts administrator and designer with a degree in business management from the University of Miami. Throughout the past decade he has designed and managed a number of productions, ranging from black box theater and contemporary dance to technology conferences and national festivals. Terrence is the program coordinator for Miami Theater Center, facilitating artistic and education programs for young people. Prior to MTC, Terrence worked with Miami Light Project, a not-for-profit organization that presents live performances by celebrated dance, music, visual and theater artists. He has had the pleasure of working with innovative choreographers, musicians, and artists including Nora Chipaumire, Kota Yamazaki, Tarell McCraney, Teo Castellanos, The Tiger Lillies, Dayme Arocena, Reggie Watts, Thaddeus Phillips and Omar Sosa.
LAUREN “LOLO” RESKIN
Lauren “Lolo” Reskin is a Miami native and the founder and owner of independent record store/event space/coffee shop Sweat Records (est. 2005). Lolo also co-hosts Art Loft on South Florida PBS, is the Senior Music Programmer at boutique background music firm Soundry, DJs regularly, and is an alumnus of the Miami Foundation’s Miami Fellows program, as well as Radical Partners’ Social Entrepreneurs Bootcamp. In 2018 Sweat is launching an in-house record label to release vinyl for local and global artists.

SARA YOUSUF, ESQ.
Sara Yousuf, Esq. is a board-certified criminal defense attorney who has represented Miami’s indigent accused for 12 years. She has chaired Engage Miami since January of 2016 because she believes democracy works better when more people participate. Yousuf co-founded Emerge Miami, a grassroots community group that makes Miami better through progressive social events, and she also co-founded Sweat Records, Miami’s premiere independent record store. Yousuf can beat you at Scrabble and has a lifelong love of origami.
