Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne Mardi Gras Party

The Ritz-Carlton, Key Biscayne’s Sunday afternoon beach party at Dune — the resort’s chic and cozy oceanfront enclave — recently got spicy as guests gathered to celebrate Mardi Gras. The sultry evening started with a live jazz band and ended with modern sounds from a dj spinning, with the beach serving as a dramatic backdrop for it all. The resort staff offered away hand-painted masks and sparkling beads, as the chef prepared spectacular specials including Cajun crab dip, BBQ shrimp skewers and Mufalata sandwiches. Key Biscayne’s most legendary bartender, meanwhile, prepared Hurricane Cocktails.
