Spring Soiree in the Design District

Iris on the Bay, a new waterfront townhome community in Miami’s North Beach, hosted a design-centric event last Thursday, April 9th at the newly renovated and expanded TUI Lifestyle Showroom in the Design District. The product of a collaborative effort between industry heavyweights Tui Pranich, Michael Wolk and Jose Gomez, Iris on the Bay is a stunning eco-friendly development boasting spacious living quarters located in a private, gated bayside community.

Approximately 150 influencers were in attendance including media, major real estate brokers, architects and interior designers and VIPs. The stylish party included a luxe outdoor cabana with specialty cocktails, a preview of TUI Lifestyle’s latest furniture collection, music by DJ Jodi McDonald, large acrylic wall panels showcasing the artful Iris on the Bay and other creative interactions.
