VIDEO: MTC SandBox Series

SocialMiami.com publisher and Miami Theater Center board member, Aaron Glickman, narrates this fundraising promo for the MTC Sandbox Series.

In support of MTC’s ongoing mission, to entertain and educate audiences and artists of all ages and abilities, the SandBox Series nurtures innovative performing artists by giving them the time, space, and professional support they need to engage in a rigorous and rewarding creative process. During their six-week residencies, SandBox Series artists develop, rehearse, and perform a new work and teach a series of classes for the community.

In its inaugural season, the SandBox Series presented four artists. Now, thanks to the support of the Knight Foundation’s Knight Arts Challenge grant, MTC is able to present *five* artists, and has increased their financial support.

The Knight Arts Challenge requires MTC to match their pledge of $100,000. With your help, Miami Theater Center will continue to elevate Miami’s performing arts community one artist at time. Go to www.mtcmiami.org for more information.
