Chapman Partnership’s 20th anniversary Gala officially kicks-off the 2015 Social Season by paying tribute to Alvah Chapman’s vision to empower the homeless. That vision became a mission that today is known as Chapman Partnership, a nationally recognized homeless assistance center.

On October 17, 2015, Miami’s most generous corporations, leading philanthropists and business and community leaders will celebrate Chapman Partnership’s two decades of service to the least fortunate in our community. This service includes more than 100,000 homeless admissions of men, women and children and a 64% success rate of transitioning the homeless to self-sufficiency.

Alvah Chapman’s legacy lives on through the Alvah H. Chapman, Jr. Humanitarian Award. This award is given to an individual or organization that has been instrumental in leading the way in helping the homeless in our community. This year Chapman Partnership will have the honor of presenting Mrs. Betty Chapman as the recipient of this award for her commitment and passion to help the homeless regain their dignity.
